HANDIBND displays the HandiCar Service Area boundaries. The first major expansion of service area was approved by the Board of Supervisors in September 2007. In November 2009 another addition to the service area was approved near I-10 and Tangerine Road. When annexations take place within the greater eligilbility boundary areas former within unincorporated service areas are redesignated as within incorporated service areas.
Lineage: Newly approved expanded service areas were added to the coverage. Jurisdictions from lim_corp added Sept 25, 2007. CJ
